Are there any restrictions on the use of the products?

While our products are generally safe for use with no broad restrictions, we advise adherence to the recommended daily intake specified on the packaging. However, specific considerations should be taken into account for certain products:

• Roseroot: Not recommended during pregnancy, for individuals in the acute phase of hypertension or rheumatism, or for those with a history of hyperthyroidism.
• Spruce sprout: Individuals allergic to resin may experience symptoms.
• Honey-based products: Not advised for children under the age of one year.

For optimal safety and benefit, please consult the packaging for detailed intake recommendations and consider consulting a healthcare professional if you have concerns about allergies or pre-existing health conditions.

I am severely allergic. Can I use the products?

Understanding that each individual’s response to products can vary, we recommend a cautious approach to those known to have sensitivities. However, in general, people with pollen allergies, for example, do not get symptoms from our products, but on the contrary, may find them helpful. Begin with small quantities and gauge your personal response.

Please know that spruce sprout contains resin, so resin allergic people may get symptoms from it.

Can my child eat your products?

Arctic Warriors products are safe to use even for the little ones in your family. However, please take into account the age and size of your child when dosing the products.

Why do you use vegetable glycerol in some of your products? Where does it come from?

Vegetable glycerol dissolves both water and fat soluble substances, making it one of the best extraction agents. By using vegetable glycerol, we ensure that the consumer gets the best ingredients of Lapland herbs in our products. Our vegetable glycerol comes from the EU and is palm oil free and organic.

Is daily consumption required for effective results?

Regular use will give you the best results. However, with roseroot and angelica, take a short break now and then in order to avoid developing tolerance and having to increase the dosage.

There is no limit on consuming berries.

Do products have a best before date?

Yes. It appears on the bottom of sales packaging and on the edge of individual packages.

Using vegetable glycerol ensures that our elixirs remain fresh for extended periods without necessitating the addition of artificial preservatives. Freeze-dried greens and dried berry powders maintain their quality, provided they are stored in a dry environment at room temperature.

Most of our products are usable beyond their best-before date.

The pure honey shot has hardened and I can’t get it out of the package. Is it ruined?

Because we don’t want to heat the honey or add extra substances to it, sooner or later the honey will crystallize. If this happens, you can hold the container in warm water for a while, or gently warm and knead it in your hands to restore its softness. Rest assured, crystallization does not compromise the quality or safety of the honey.
